Lab Management
So you’ve got your lab space, what next? Co-Laboratories can operate and manage that lab space for you, taking care of tenants, equipment and facilities.
“When we started the project, our ‘lab space’ was an empty warehouse with an office. Co-Laboratories co-ordinated the physical buildout of the space into a state-of-the art molecular biology nanoparticle R&D lab, a dedicated BSL2 tissue culture lab, an analytical equipment lab, and a smaller space for warehousing and cold storage.
They also coordinated the fit-out of those spaces: identifying, trialling, and facilitating the purchase of all necessary equipment. Some of this was brand new, whilst other equipment was high-quality used stock purchased at a significant discount.
